Monthly Update

Officially starting out March at 175. I really want to pay more attention to what I’m losing monthly because I’m getting too attached to weekly, even daily weight loss. My goals for March:

  1. Weigh <170 - I know this is reasonable because it’s only about a 5 pound loss, plus I’ve been a little under at other weigh-ins. I think it’s pretty realistic.
  2. Run 1.5+ miles without stopping - I know I can do a mile without stopping, let’s bump it up a little further. I really want to aim for 2 miles, but I’d still be happy with a mile and a half.
  3. Stick to natural foods, NOT highly processed crap - okay, this isn’t entirely easy to measure or accomplish being on a college campus. I think the main ideas to stick to are: no fried food, no fatty snacks, no foods that I will regret eating the next morning.

I can do this. I will do this.
